  That player may elect to either keep the card in her hand, or discard it face-down in a separate pile ("rejecting" it).
  If the player keeps the card, he then draws a second
  card, and without looking at it places it face-down in the reject pile.
  If the player rejects the first card, the second card he draws must go in his hand.
  The other player then takes a turn, following this same process.
  If a player bids, the other player has the option to bid higher or pass.
  
  If the second player passes, the first player wins the bid and becomes the declarer.
  If the second player bids higher, the bidding continues until one
  player passes.
  It’s integral to recognize these meld opportunities to gain an edge.
  Understanding these terms is essential to playing Pinochle effectively.
  
  With time and practice, you’ll become a pro at using them to your advantage.
  One effective strategy is to exchange cards that complement each other.
  
  The cards are dealt in sets of three cards over four rounds, and the team objective is to score 100 or more points over as
  many deals as necessary. Similar to cutthroat,
  the points are scored for making melds and
  tricks. When trump is led, it wins the trick (unless a higher trump is played).
  When another suit is led, the card led wins (unless a higher card of the same suit or a trump is played).
  Leader may lead any card and opponent may play any card.
  After each trick, each player draws a card from the top of stock to restore hand to
  12 cards.
  There are a number of variations of the Pinochle card game, but the most
  common variant is partnership Pinochle, in which players are paired up and
  play together as partners. If a player draws two or more
  cards instead of the legal one, he puts the extra cards instead of the legal one, he puts the extra cards back on the stock in their proper order.
  If he has looked at the cards he picked by mistake, he must show them
  to his opponent, and in addition must show his legally drawn card
  to his opponent.
  All meld must be placed face up on the table and recorded by team.
  This game is currently not ready for playing, it's in beta testing right now,
  we'll announce when it's ready. For now, there isn't a huge list of compatible
  games that can be shared via GameChat. If you were hoping to
  play Mario Kart World, for example, with only one copy between friends, you're out of luck for now.
  
  The minimum bid is 20 points, and each subsequent bid must be higher than the previous bid.
  Another scoring method is to simply count each ace, ten, and king 10points.
  If this scoring method is used, then all scores
  in the gamewill end in a zero. Since this is the
  case, the zeroes can be droppedoff the end of the score, effectively dividing all possible scores by10.
  
  Pinochle is typically played by four players in partnerships.
  Develop defensive tactics to thwart your opponents’ strategies.
  Keep track of the cards played and anticipate their moves to block their scoring opportunities.
  
  In that case, those following that player may play any card
  of the lead suit, since they must follow the lead
  suit but are already losing to the player who played trump.
  Likewise, if a player cannot follow suit, but has trump,
  they must play trump. If another trump has already been played that a player cannot beat,
  then they can play any trump in their hand, but they still
  must play a trump card if they can.
  The pass stage is complete when every player at
  the table has the same number of cards. Not all versions require the opponents to
  fail to make their bid three times in order to cross the winning point
  threshold. In Partnership Pinochle, teams race to reach 1,000 points (or a pre-agreed target) by winning bids and tricks.
