  The combinations that can be scored as meld fall into three classes.
  The player to the left of the dealer has first bid,
  and players speak in clockwise order. Each bid is a
  number, and the highest bidder is committed to scoring at least the number of points of the final bid in order to
  win.

  The game is won when either team has a total score of 1500 or greater
  at the end of a round. If both teams cross the finish line in the same round then the team who currently holds the bid wins

  three-handed Pinochle. If either of the 2 non-bidders
  accidentally misplay, the bidder automatically makes his bid.

  may be worth only 300. On the other hand some add special
  scores for double marriages. Gilbert Ohlson reports that in St Joseph Missouri a double marriage in trumps scores 240; if
  it is combined with rope (sequence) the total
  score is 390. The first player to reach a score of 1500 or more points wins the game.
  If two players score over 1500 points and neither of these
  players has the bid, the one with the higher score wins the game.
  
  The goal is to win tricks, so as to score the value of cards taken in on tricks and to meld certain combinations of cards having values in points.
  Game Over – The first player to reach 150 points declares that
  he has won if he has won a trick with point count before the cards are counted.
  The opposing Player may challenge the win as to whether he can make his Bid Contract and therefore
  not reach 150 points. In case of a challenge, the Trick Play will continue until the bidder makes his Bid contract and subsequently wins
  the game. The game starts with the dealer passing the cards to the player who left them
  to him. Rules of double deck pinochle apply, except
  the minimum bid is 75, and the last trick is worth three points.
  Most of the extra melds made by the triple pack do not count extra.

  This must be declared just before the tricks are going to be played out.
  Some versions give the game to a team which successfully 'shoots the moon',
  others automatically give 250 points for this no matter what the bid was.
  
  Consider passing on the bid if you are not obligated when the hand you are dealt is weak
  meld-wise and does not have a large number of same-suited cards.
  To start the game, the dealer shuffles the deck and then deals 12
  cards to each player. The remaining cards are placed in the
  center of the table to form the draw pile. If you’re looking for
